VRay 2 Upgrade New WIBU Key needed?

Hi,
I just installed VRay 2, after deinstalling Vray 1.5.
My License Server does only show 1.5 Licenses and I get a "Could not obtain License (-197)" Error in 3DS Max'es License Window.

Do I need a new WIBU key or do I have to do something else to get it working?

have you purchased the upgrade?
You wont need a new wibu-key you will need to send off a file from the wibu-key to chaos to update your exisiting license
