I get the -200 error. Is this fixable by me or do i have to wait for a new build?

Ok; which 3ds Max version is this? If you open the license server web page, do you see the 2.0 licenses? Can you try to re-download the installation from our site? We tested all the builds before uploading this time for any licensing errors - everything seems to be ok.

After two hours of trial and error i moved the dongle to a new machine and it worked instantly, something broke the dongle drivers in the upgrading process and as far as i can see there is no place to 'clean' up old files/registry entries to get a fresh start, uninstalling vray/wibu and installing again from scratch made no difference.
The phone numbers stated on your webpage is non-functional, tried to call every permutation i could imagine, at least they dont work from Norway, this is bad customer service.
I think this is the third time i have had such problems installing and updating your licenses, and yet again i can only envy the people who use pirate versions of your software who have no such problems, why is it that its actually _more_ difficult being a lawful paying customer than a pirate? Why dont you provide online authorization settings to all customers so its actually possible to continue working while dongles are shipped / updated / not working and whatnot? After i sent the first mail to Zori that it was not working properly the reply should be very fast and simple: "here, use this login and pass until the dongle/license issue is resolved", that would actually have been good customer service.
That said, when its working its working and very stable as well, its just a pure annoyance when you have tight schedules and all rendernodes needs to be going 24/7 that you have to start fighting with a dongle driver and its not like you can just flip a switch and everything is back to the way it was when it was actually working...Eivind Nag

I am getting error -197 but I reckon this is because I have not yet received the dongle update file.. Right?

As for pirated vs properly licensed software, there are certainly many sides to this topic; I won't get into that argument right now.
Will check for any issues with the phone numbers (they do appear to be working for many people). Have you tried contacting your reseller as well?
