Join multiple NURBS curves

I'm struggling to find a way to join multiple NURBS curves in one operation.
There used to be a script for older versions of Max, but that does not work anymore. Can anybody help me, please?

Can't help with max. Use rhino. Export to iges. There's a rhino 90 trial, with no restrictions at all.

Thanks, but I need a more permanent solution.
I used to use a script called "nurbser", but that is not compatible with Max 2010/2011.
Does anybody know of any kind of workaround?
