  • rendering animations with vray

I was wondering what the process is for rendering an animation over networked computers. Do i just use the standard max queue manager etc.? and go about it as if i was rendering with the scanline? or is there a different method? if not will max know to use vray on the other machines when i send it out?
    thanks

simple enough to answer. actually yes its better to use the normal max network rendering process. and since your scene is saved with vray as the current renderer then it will know to use it on all the other computers. its a better choice to use max network rendering method on animations than the vray distributed renderer

Prey - Standard Max NetRendering works great for us. No problems yet.
