how long does it take to receive the new license?

i´ve bought the educational version of vray a few weeks ago.

Now, i want to update to version 2. I´ve sent the ".wbc" file to vray@chaosgroup five days ago and then again 3 days ago. Again, yesterday morning to a Sales Representative.....when can i expect to receive the ".rtu" -file to update the license?

Took me a day - I understand it's very annoying. Make sure your email isnt being bounced - mine was, because my email was blacklisted as a spammer or something

Please let us know from which e-mail address you sent the context.wbc file. Also, please resend it from alternative e-mail account of yours.
