  • Vray render element similar to RPF coverage?

I am looking for a way to get the camera data out and into After Effects similar to the way you can with the rpf format. Does Vray currently (2.0), have an option through render elements to accomplish this? I know I could go through each scene and render out a seperate rpf element but I thought it would be nice to do it all in one render.

    Thanks in advance

You should take a look at MAX2AE. This is a great (commercial) plugin that lets you copy Max or V-ray Physical cameras to the clipboard in AE's format. Copy to clipboard, then just paste the data to the camera in AE. I love it, and use it all the time. It also supports copying the position/motion of other objects in your scene as well. The plugin costs $250, but is well worth it if you do a lot of post in AE.
