VRay Toon like Max's toon (inside shading - not just outline toon)

Hi all

Can I use VRay toon in the same way as max toon? In other words, if I have a sphere, can I shade it for example with a black outline, and then the sphere part with 2 colours for example (a dark colour, and a lighter colour for the highlight = 2 colors)?

It seems I can only effect the outline with VRayToon

nope, I don't think you can as it only creates outlines. max's ink&paint works fine with vray though, you can use it for the shading effect you're describing.

ja that works fine, but be sure u're unchecked the outlines in ink and paint and only use the vray toon outlines. if not some weird pink artefacts could attack.
