is there a way to open the Distributed rendering settings window from MaxScript?

Hm, I don't think so, but you can manipulate the contents of the file with the settings directly - it's a simple text file. I'll add this as a feature request though.

Yeah, replicating the window and accessing to vray_dr.cfg was my plan B
