  • Render Element to show rendertime per-pixel?

I want to optimize my scene a bit by looking for materials that take a longer time to render than others. Is there an RE that shows time spent per pixel or something like that? I thought maybe that was RenderID (ie. meshes color-coded by time-spent) but I don't think that's what it does.

The Samplerate Element doesnt show how long it took, but it shows how many samples were within a specific pixel wich is a pretty good indicator.

I know that - it shows you the threshold of when and how much the sampler kicks in, but still, you can have a scene that takes a lot longer for certain buckets than others even with a fixed rate, and I haven't yet found something to give me a solid indicator for it.

Is it the case where it's the eye rays shot by the camera (eg anti aliasing) and not the total samples? As in a pixel might use less AA but have really high material samples afterwards?
