  • How to batch render images from VFB with color curve baked?

I'm in LWF, was doing test render with VFB but when rendering final animation. It output from max and bypass-ed the color correction in VFB. Any ideas how I can fix this? Thanks in advance!

Instead of saving out frames using "Render Output" under the "Common" tab, try saving them out using the "Save separate render channels" option with "Save RGB enabled" under the "V-Ray:: Frame buffer" tab and ignore the warning Max spits out.

I found images wouldnt save when doing this. The first image to complete would, but none of the rest.. Something I'm doing wrong?

How are you rendering the images? With the batch render tool in 3ds Max, through backburner or through 3dsmaxcmd.exe?

          Best regards,

I'd set a number of frames to render under 'common parameters' in max. Then check 'save seperate render channels' inc 'save RGB'.. then rendered through backburner.

I'm not even sure what the 'batch render tool' or the '3dsmaxcmd.exe' is

i use 3dsmaxcmd.exe and images are stored on disk without color curves or srgb (i see the buttons during render enabled -rfw:1)
