  • half float vrimg?

Is there a way to force vrimg format to save half float instead of full? I thought there was a script you could run to do it. the only reason I ask is because I am converting to half float exr anyway and thought it would be more time efficient to go half float from the start not to mention reducing the footprint of all those vrimg files.

The .vrimg files store the render output from V-Ray exactly as it was computed (i.e. 32-bit floating point), they don't really support 16-bit numbers.
