  • another "line" problem....

in my workflow i like to use lines with "renderable" turned on an a relativly small thickness to create "wireframes". no when i try to render with vray these lines look terribly jaggy - even AA set to very high numbers.
when i use the scanline renderer the lines are perfect.

since other parts of the image are vray-materials and -lights i have a
hard time putting the scanline "wire"-image and the normal image together
    with photoshop.

any idea what i do wrong?

    thanks. nlo.

btw: one more question (not really vray) is there a nice 3d-polka dots texture out there? i recently needed one but i could not find any (max 5.1).

Try SimbiontMAX, a free plugin from darkling simulation,
    they have awesome procedural textures,
    including 3D dots.

nlo: what AA settings have you tried and what is the result?

        Best regards,
