I'm new to Vray. I've just produced an architectural image, but the rendering on the walls is reflecting the environment so they look blue not white. I've turned off all the reflection settings & maps in the material editor, but it won't stop happening. How do I fix this?

simple problem with simple solution. basically your background image in your environment slot is set to screen mapping. Unless you overide that background image it will map its screened image onto your building like how your describing. basically use the environment overide in the vray render properties. for the reflections too you can use the overide reflections option under the environment one

Thanks for the advice. My problem is now solved, but has given rise to another. I'd like the windows to reflect the environment, which is not happening as I've overridden it. How do I get the windows to reflect?

Try to put the map (with screen mapping on) in the environment slot of your glass material. This must be a vray mtl.
Don't know if it will work...
