  • Failing to reproduce the GI of a FR scene

    I've tried to reproduce one of the most known FR (stage-0 and 1) sample scenes in vRay, but I couldn’t get even close to it. I'm talking about that very simple B/W scene with a ball placed in a dark box/corridor, lit by the bounces of the sun on a nearby wall.
    Of course I'm not saying vRay can not do it – the problem is mine, for sure. So I'm asking some help. If anyone has this scene and managed to reproduce the GI effect in vRay, would please share the settings?

      Wierd I was messing about with this scene last night!

      Just play around with the dark multiplier, you will get it no probs

          I never managed to render that scene very well, but I do manage to render complicated interiors/exteriors/glass/metals/etc... So I don't mind about that silly fr scene
