DR, Need help

I've had a long search, read & stuffedaround but I can't get the DR working, I follow the proper setup as on vray.info, I've changed the Spawner to manual & started it. When I render I get a single bucket covering the frame & "scene failed to load" I really need to get this working, any help would be great, thanks.

Finaly I've got it working , I think that the info for setting up Dr need to include: ReSave VRay dummy file if you have max 5.1, bit anoying that it doesn't.

ok, shure. The next question is that I'm having troubles with canceling the Dr Render when I do max is slow and now that I started another render strait after I get "server Engaged". What is the best way to stop Dr with out max being silly?

NOt sure if it helps but with 4.26 and DR if I cancel a render I usually wait till the other render slaves stop what there doing before I send another render out over the network. Havn't tried it in 5.1 yet.

P.S. if the slave seems to hang, I usually disable/enable the slave in the "VRay Networking settings" box and that will usually work for me.

Thanks Dave, much appreciated. I'll try it out.

I've posted in the bug report but I think that the reson that I had to resave the file was because I use metric units, the dummy file just wanted to be the same.
