Black patches in grass!!1 Help please!!

Reacently i have found a lot of problems getting a nice grass, i always get this strange black patches, can someone tell me why this is showing up?? and a few other problems check them out please!

What version are you using? There was a problem with opacity a few versions ago.

hmmm, sorry no ideas then on the opacity. For the problems with the grass perhaps it is a smoothing problem or unwelded verts.

Seem problem for me if my 3d is made with AutoCad.

I think it's a problem whit the link geometry.

its a problem of import options.

just made some tests.

i´m always importing dxf files.

if you disable all import options like welding, smoothing ect.
it works perfect..
