Help Please

Can some one look at a file for me and tell me what im doing wrong. I cant get any GI in the room? I have two windows, with two vray lights in the opening as skylight portals but still no GI? The room is made of surfaces not solids, does this matter? I have no way of posting files so i will have to zip it and e-mail to you, its a pretty small file. If you can help me post your e-mail and i will send it to you. Thanks

Make sure your skylight is on, otherwise there's no light to pass through the portals.
