metal panels like these!!-suggestions???

hello all!!

I need to get some metal panes like these in the picture (material wise) - any suggestion about material setup....??

I think there is nothing special on it, u need to use glossy reflection, all other thing in it comes by scene. (lighting ect)

yeah, I think my trouble comes from the surrounding scene not givnng out the right reflections into the metal....

then there is still a way, which is use texture. U can use a texture which overall look like same as on the image, then on it use a slight reflection and u are done.

If you dont have texures looking like that, than create a simple scene which ocerall simulates that, and render from pararell view or render to texture and thats it.

This last technik I use reguraly with procedural shaders for example.

I understand the problem.
You have to understand the camera that has made the shot.
Observe the picture:
- You can't see inside the windows
- The windows have bumps
- The sky is dark blue
- The contrast is high
- There is a lot black in it.
- The shadow and the highlight indicate the sun possition
- metal has got blurry reflection but you can test your scene with specularity material fist.
- The most importend thing is a dark blue sky that gets brighter ad the horrizond.
- The downside of the roof is reflecting a bright floor. you see that the window reflection are where dark.
- Some areas of the Metal are almost like the sky, just a little bit more green or cyan.

Look at these point and it get's more easy to recreate the scene.
