  • HELP>>>VrayMtrl reflections

Does the VrayMtrl by default has reflection on it? I placed several objects in a scene with VrayMtrl, and it seems like all of them is reflecting each other....i see hints of each objects on the surface.....

How can i turn it off if so?

    thanks

no, it does not have reflections on by default.
Could you post the rendered image and the material settings?

      ok, thanks for ur reply

      here's the image

the Materials setting are default, i didnt change anything.
on the Rendering options, i only changed 3 things

      1. image sampler (antialiasing)
      - selected 'adaptive subdivision (default settings)
      2. indirect Illumination GI
      - selected 'Irradiance map'
      - changed HSph. subdiv. to 60 from 50
      3. Advanced irradiance map parameters
      - selected incremental add to current map

      thanks

        I can't see the image.

If you use incremental add to current, you will get artifacts if you move things around. Maybe this is what you are seeing? Try setting it to single frame.

its probably just the GI which is causing a bit of color bleeding so it would kinda look like you could see a hit of the other balls color.

Hard to say without a screenshot tho
