Where's my Vray

Hi All,

I need to contact Choas Group by phone as they have not returned my emails. Does anyone have the number?
We ordered (and paid for) Vray last Thursday (5 days ago) and STILL haven't heard any response from Chaos Group, allowing us to download it. Needless to say this is really annoying. It was ordered through Trinity3d who have told me that they passed the order information onto Chaos Group right away.

Just letting you know that I have been contacted by someone at Chaos and have been given the d/load information. However the *.exe file is not downloading. I only get a file of 0 kb in size. The Vray manual, Irradiance map sampler etc all d/load fine, just not the install file. What's going on?

Some of us had this issue,
It's hard to pin down what it is, but I found right clicking and using "save as" worked for me.
