What's wrong with this file?

For some reason I can't get Global Photon Map to work with this scene. Can anyone tell me why?

what happend if you increse the photon map multiplier to 250000 ? or instead increse the Difuse multiplier of your lights to 250000 in the Vray light properties?

Looks a little better. But why should I have to do that? I've never had to do that before and things always came out brighter and nicer with GPM.

That happends with omni and spot lights only, with Vraylights and Direct lights you dont need to increse their value.

I cranked the light parameters to 750,000. Looks spiffy
