bitmap plugin recompile?

I understand there is a re-compile of the bitmap plugin that fixes some issues. (and I'm having issues) But I have been unable to find it either here or on the main vray site. I have logged in, but all I see are the latest vray builds and do not see any other area it may be at.

Could someone please tell me where I can go get it, and what issues it fixes?

It's in the "docs" area on the vray site when you have logged in.
