VRAY Human Skin Texture REQUEST

Has anyone made a really nice/realistic human skin texture? Using VRay material properties.
If so could you share the technique with me, I would greatly appreciate
it!....

skin looks different on every part of your body.
so there wont be a perfect skinshader.
you will have to apply photografic textures to every visible bodypart.
no special settings in the material are required.
