  • Inconsistent GI results thru-out animation path using IRmap

Someone please explain or figure this out for me. I keep having the same problem whenever I make an animation out of a pre-calc IRmap file. The scene (450 frames) was rendered out by recycling an incremental IRmap file created at 1/4 of the final resolution at every 25th frame. The problem is that each frame seems to have a different brightness or darkness, I couldnt get the entire animation to render out with a consistent GI tone. If you look at the .avi below, u'll see the scene fading in dark and brite on and off (but very subtle). Anyone know wuts up?

    www.myejob.com/vray/warehousewip.wmv small resolution
www.myejob.com/vray/warehousewipBIG.wmv bigger (look at the sky flickering)

The scene is lit up with only one DIRECT lite with VrayShadows. IRmap setting is set to 'HIGH-animation'. Nothing too fancy.

I did few test to figure out wuts wrong, but its still flickering:
    1. the landscaping're rendered out separately and comped in After Effects
    2. no reflection on the scene, the reflection on the glaze was rendered out separately and comped in After Effects.
    3. no Standard MAX material, all VrayMtrl
    4. no moving objects in the scene
    5. flickering is not caused by video compression
    6. no fancy bitmaps
    7. tried rendering at every 10 - 50 frame (at 1/2 to 1/4 final resolution) for the pre-calc
    8. scene was rendered out using just one machine
    9. i aint hallucinating.

    PLS help.

    THANKS A BUNCH

        45 secs recycling the IRmap.
1 min each for the prepass, every 25th frame at 1/4 final resolution
