Color mapping apply a transformation of the colors in the final image,so i think this parameters dont influence in render time
Is this erroneus?
I make 2 test
With direct in secundary bounces:
I rendered one interior image with 5 in dark multiplier in color mapping,i save the image and i remember the render time
I change dark to 7 and render time is equal
I save this irradiance map and load and change dark to 5 and i compare this image with the first, and is the same
The theory is true in this example, color mapping dont influence in render time and if you save your irradiance map and use to render with other dark, result is the same than you render directly with this dark
But now the problem
I change secundary bounces to global photon map and i repeat the test
The times are equal but when i save irradiance map and photons map and i load and render with other dark multiplier, result is lighter than i render directly with this multiplier
What happend? Please help me to understand this
Very thanks
