You can save EXRs by using Batch Render if you manually save each render preset and in the VFB give the EXR a path for each render still.

I've been requesting variables for file names to solve that for ages. I can't believe it is very hard to automatically auto increment file names per render or place the camera's name in the file name. It would have been such a useful feature.

No, it's not - you can write a script for this very easily It is on the "to do" list to add variables to the raw files, so hopefully we'll get there.

Jstrob are you saving out over a network or going directly to a local drive?
