animated lights & moving objects, do not want flickering -> only solution is direct computation, isn't it?
thanx
Yea you either have to use Direct Comp or calc a new IRmap for each frame.

i tried to use an irr map for every frame, but i got heavy flickering and
the light distribution was not so nice... did not really play around too long though
well, did not try the dome -> that reminds too much of the old days
i managed to get an average of 4 minutes per frame with direct computation, 15 samples, and fixed AA set to 4 and no secondary bounces
(image had more grain and took a bit longer)...
it's was for a very quick job but compared to my standard irr map setting without:
any flickering,
precise light only by self illuminated cubes,
no "light artifacts",
a bit of a grain, but i got used to that
and about double render time...
