stop vrayspawner via command line (program, not service)

Can I just use:
"taskkill /F vrayspawner2012.exe"
or do I also have to use the "/T" option?

Is this the same as right clicking on the icon and selecting "exit"? or does it have some negative effects?

You need the /t option so that it also kills the 3dsmax.exe process that is started by the spawner. I think there shouldn't be any negative effects.
