  • VRay RT vs. VRay - 3d Noise bump difference

I was using VRay RT for initial look dev. I was using Noise map in 3D coords.
In RT, The detail of bump was amazing.

BUT, when I render with VRay, all the fine details were gone.

Anybody know why there is a difference?
How can I get the same detail in actual render?

    Thanks in advance.

Can you show your Noise settings?

    Best regards,

This is radius 100 sphere with default Noise map(Turbulance).

I see; what are your AA settings for the production renderer? The closest equivalent to what the RT engine does is "Adaptive DMC" image sampler with filtering turned off.

Tried "Adaptive DMC" image sampler with filtering turned off, but no difference.

I wonder it is because Noise map output only 8bit information?
