Can you exclude vray lights from the vrayextratex? I don't think so, but it would be nice. I use it for my AO pass, but my light planes come out black.

Invisible still creates black boxes on the vrayextratex pass.

Try to turn on the "Work with transparency" option for VRayDirt...
