transparency does not affect alpha ?!?!?!?

how can i make transparency of vray material make affect alpha?
the glass material s in my scene has an opaque alpha.
i am confused! and i need help

sorry, i don`t get it.
i tried it as described in this article (as far as i could understand this shallow discription).

i only need transparent windows with transparent alpha.........
any help needed.

Else, you can try the "affect alpha" option, but I can,t remember if it's a future feature or if it is already released into the "n" or "m"... (using "j" for prod reasons).

The article I quote related to the only way to get an alpha in transparencies.

The "Affect alpha" checkbox is already there in the latest builds...
