Render only specular/diffuse/reflection etc etc ?

Is there a way to render only selected passes or so ? So we can cut down the render times if we only need curtain pases ?

For the moment there is no way to do it; the render elements are just a byproduct of the normal V-Ray rendering, they are not defined on their own.
