  • Dumb question (another one) about motion blur

I have a moving vraycamera in a scene. I have 2 places that refer to motion blur:-

    1) The properties of the vray camera under 'sampling'
    2) The Vray: Camera rollout in render setup

Am I right in thinking I need to have them both ticked to get camera motion blur?
    Kind Regards,
    Richard Birket

If i remember correctly, the way it used to work is if you are using a physical camera all you do is in the vray render settings you check "on" use motion blur, and the rest of the settings are derived from physical cam.

I think you can ignore the render settings rollout entirely when using the physical camera. Just turn it on there and make sure your shutter speed is low enough to get the amount you want. The render rollout mo-blur is for standard cams only as far I understand it.
