Trouble producing convincing Glare.

So... I am trying to generate bloom and flare's with the VrayLensEffect. After trying for an hour I realize that I suck at figuring out how to use this.


If anyone has a chance can they download my test file and see what I am doing wrong? Attached is the closest I have got to getting anything to work.
