Hi,
I am experimenting with trying to use linear color space in After Effects. When I enable that for the project, images appear slightly dimmer in After Effects than they do in the vray vfb. I'm making my comparison by having both applications side by side on the same monitor, with the sRGB button on the VFB turned on. If I set the After Effects project's color space to use 'none', then both images match perfectly. I am just wondering why there is a difference? Shouldn't they be the same with using a linear color space in After Effects when rendering out of vray using a linear workflow? Or is the vray vfb using another color profile?
I have vray's color mapping settings all set to 1.0, and have "don't affect colors" ticked. That should all be good I think unless there is another setting I missed.
