Procedural texture generator

Hi I am looking for some advanced procedural texture generator generator. I seen a great looking bit of software a while back but I cannot find it anywhere. I wondered if anyone could name a few to help me find it?

I think it outputed normal maps and was quite advanced and aim at the games market.
