Howdy
K I'm fighting with car paint shaders from a while now and the one feature that I miss and I need quite a lot in order to recreate metalic paint is to get a Light Facing Color from mental ray car paint. It basically ac as it was a specular in diffuse but based on angle between mesh and light not mesh and camera. It is possible to recreate it to extend with fallof map in light mode but control of it its just too bad. Is there a way to get it to work any other way, or get a quick glsl shader to simmulate just the top level and then blend like flakes work ?
Thanks, bye.
