hdri map and sun alignment rig

has anyone had a problem with matching up the sun and the vrayhdri. tried manually aligning and also using sibl.

But the shadows just dont align up properly. the vray suns are always smaller than that from the hdri. it looks like a height issue, but looking aligning the camera to the sun the hdri and sun both match up!

close thread- was something in another rig file that was over writing an action. always a good practice to start with a blank fresh max file!
