I'm trying to do a material that changes based on camera angle going from a more flat, silvery finish to a material that is a bit "glowy" (is that a word?). Here's what I'm doing so far: I have a Vray Blend material with a VrayLight material as the base. I then have a Vray material that's "silver" (with reflections and whatnot) as the coat using a falloff set to Towards/Away with the falloff direction being on the Camera X-Axis. Does anyone have any better suggestions for this type of material? Here's a photo example of the sort of thing I'm getting at...
