  • VRayVelocity - how? AE?

    Hi all

OK so I know how to use a Zdepth in photoshop to get DOF in post. But now how do I use VRayVelocity to get motion blur in AE?
Is it "true" motionblur, or is it pretty much like Zdepth just fake? I can live with it if its fake, as long as its believable. I'm doing a helicpoter animation and want to speed up render.
    Kind Regards,
    Morne

We don't have a thread for AE yet, I think, but there are some threads for Nuke and Fusion here, perhaps they can be useful:

It is, of course, not true motion blur, but in many cases it can do the trick. Unfortunately it doesn't work too well for fast rotating objects.

    Best regards,
    Vlado
I only act like I know everything, Rogers.
