Hi all, i read some posts that talk about using VrayHdri map to load normal bitmap files instead of using standard "bitmap" of 3dsmax.
What are the advatages? less noise for textures? more speed? less memory usage?
I notice that bitmap normally are "blurred" and i have to put blur value to 0,02, ec... to reach quality.
Is the same for VrayHDRI textures?
AH, if i have to load a normal 8bit texture in LWF have i to set gamma to 0,4545 or 2,2 (like the normal 3dsmax bitmap)?
