noisy renders

Hi, appologies to all of you if this is a very basic question, but I'm fairly new to Vray. I'm doing some translucent leaves and have it working very well except for the fact that the renders have a lot of image noise. Can someone point me in the right direction to be able to get them a little less noisy.

Increasing the glossy subdivs for refraction should make them smoother.
