Does anybody used RPF with Combustion?

Does anybody used 3DFog (inside Combustion)?

My experience is that Vray is not able to give a correct z-depth (the same scene, rendered with scanline, works very well) to use for 3D Fog (the frame is totally white, don't care the z-depth...).

    Does anybody can suggest something?

Did you enable the G-Buffer output channels in the Vray G-Buffer/color mapping rollout of the render dialog? They too must be highlighted (bluelighted).

The latest build is n if I´m not mistaken. Sorry m8, seems as if I can´t be of any help. When your render output is in RPF format you can check the z-channel by using the Virtual Frame Buffer of Max to display it. If it looks ok it should also be written to the rpf file and load into combustion correctly. In combustion you can do a RPF channel extract (not sure if it was called like that) to check wether it was properly written. If it´s missing only in combustion there was an error during the writing/saving of the file.
