License question

Hello All,

I'm in the process of moving on from Max 2010 to 2012. I'm also still using Vray 1.5. At the moment, I have not installed Vray for Max 2012. I never make a complete commitment to a new program until everything is up a running, plug-ins, rendering...etc. Can both programs share the same license file and dongle? What is install and licensing procedure for this scenario?

The V-Ray license is not related to the 3ds Max version, so your existing licenses will work fine. They are set up in exactly the same way in both cases. In fact, if your machine is already set up with 3ds Max 2010, there is nothing extra to be done to get V-Ray for 3ds Max 2012 working.
