Just FYI for the resolution for the memory dump was disabling the hyperthreading in the BIOS. My system specs are:

    Dual xeons at 2.8 ghz
    xp pro
nvidia nforce fx 5950 256 mb
    2 gb ram
    viz 4.2
    latest vray

I would love to use hyperthreading, though but I'll just re-enable it for single perspective images since the crash only happens on animations.

    Thanks all for help!

We are using v-Ray and Max5 for animations and are farm has a lot of dual 2.8 xeons w/ HT enabled, it works pretty well. Perhaps disabling Block Assignment int Backburner will help, this way it will refresh the proccess for each frame.
