Mental Ray to VRay

I need to buy a Mustang Convertible, but the one I can find is in Mental Ray. Should I expect any problems converting the materials?

Well mental ray shaders do not equal to vray shaders in terms of settings and values. So glossy reflection value in mia material of 0.2 does not equal glossy of 0.2 in vray. Just keep that in mind. You gonna have to do some manual setup there for sure.
