Hi all,
since i recently started to move our studio compositing pipeline from after effects to nuke, i'm taking some time to work on some gizmos for it.
After a couple of hours this morning i managed to obtain normals as nuke expects to work with relight since the standard output (VrayNormals) doesn't work (i guess because that's a normal bent calculation).
It really is a small thing but maybe will help someone. Just render out a VraySamplerInfo element set to Normal Vector [type], World [coord sys] and Vector [output].
Then plug the attached gizmo and combined with a standard position pass everything will work as expect.
Hope it helps,
fede
