Backburner + Vray: keeps on re-rendering the same jobs

Hi All,

We have a problem at work, I'm not 100% sure, that it is related to vray so it might be OT but I'll try anyway.
When we send jobs with backburner in the evening, the day after we find that the frames are rendered and saved but the machines keeps on restarting the same jobs and saving them continuously and forever.
I have the feeling that this could be related to the saving option from vray and / or max, As well someone in the studio might forgive to assign the path through the network.
I have no time to debug because as usual, it's friday and it is another deadline so I was wondering if anyone had this issue in past and could suggest me to correct workflow.
We need to save the vray renderpasses with it.

Hello Giacomo,

Would it be possible to send us example scene in order to test it in our environment.
Please inform us also what are Vray , Max and Backburner versions.

We get this error some times to on our render farm. We isolated the cause being TIF file formats. For some reason it was having issues writing the file so it kept re-rendering it.
