  • Should i replace libmmd.dll?

i just d/l the free version.

I have put all the other files in the respective folder. My concern now is, where should i place the libmmd.dll

When i try to move to the root folder, it prompted to me to replace the existing libmmd.dll. If i replace it, will it affect my 3dsm once i try to remove off the free version in the future?

I dunno whether anyone had installed vray on the machine before. Can someone tell me whether a fresh installation of 3dsm have the libmmd.dll in the root folder?

hoping to hear from you... thanks..

It's a math library file that is required by programs compiled with the Intel C++ compiler. I asked Intel whether it's safe to replace an older version of libmmd.dll with a newer version, and was told that the library is backwards compatible and replacing it should not cause any problems.
