Plain light

I am new to VRay and I have been reading and downloading everything I can find to get me up to speed on this great program. One thing I have missed though is how to insert VRay Lights specifically a Plane light. I have information on the Light parameters rollout explaining the various options but how do I get the light in the first place.

I know this will be extremely simple and I hesitate to ask but I need to start on a project soon. Thanks for any help.

once installed vray....go to your regular light creation panel in the main command panel, then among the standard viz/max lights you'll see one that's called "vray light" (that is if you installed vray correctly)......just click on it and insert it like any max light....

Thanks for the help. I am using VIZ 4.0 and I was looking Under the Lights and Cameras tab and the create menu and did not see Vray lights there. I did not think to look in the command panel.
